Experience The Bridge House for one spectacular evening of dining, indulge in our beautifully appointed and profoundly comfortable Dining Room & Parlour. Executive Head Chef Keith Boyle of The Bridge House has created a culinary journey through the unique landscape of Irish food, with a 9 Course Degustation menu designed to tempt, enchant and surprise.
This historic former Dower house, located on St John's Bridge, has been restored to its former glory following a devastating fire in 2018. Thanks to the vision and €2 million investment of Neville Hotels, the Bridge House now emerges as a magnificent addition, showcasing 12 impeccably designed bedrooms, a breathtaking parlour overlooking Kilkenny Castle, and the extraordinary original dining room which features multi-award winning Chef Keith Boyle.
Executive Head Chef Keith Boyle and his team create elegant seasonal tasting menus inspired by exceptional Irish ingredients. The community of growers, farmers, fishermen and producers celebrated in The Bridge House are from near and far — as close by as the local Trout from Thomastown, to the clean cold waters off the Connemara coast where Dooncastle oyster beds lie. We are proud to source the best ingredients not only from the island of Ireland but worldwide. Taste Truffles from Australia and Petrossian Caviar from Paris, France.
The experience in The Bridge House is polished and sophisticated, but relaxed. Carmel Boyle, sommelier, has curated an extensive and adventurous wine & cocktail list to be enjoyed under the shadow of the magnificent Kilkenny Caslte.
‘Keith Boyle at The Bridge House’ offers dinner service from Thursday to Saturday commencing at 6pm, and lunch service on Saturday and Sunday commencing at 1pm.
