"New restaurants can be a risk but not here. Keith and Carmel have been honing their skills for some time and have brought them to a beautiful venue - right in the heart of Kilkenny.

The tasting menu was one gem after another - culinary arts of the highest calibre -  with wine pairings that included both new and classic grapes and regions, all well matched to the food. The service was excellent - knowledgeable and friendly, and the price was value for the pleasure. It is not your everyday meal (three hours to savour everything) but it should go on your list as a treat for someone, even yourself.”
