Find the perfect memento of your visit in the Kilkenny Design Centre, filled with beautiful local crafts, the finest Irish handcrafted jewellery, knitwear, Celtic gifts, china and crystal, pottery and glass and stunning one-off contemporary design pieces.

Day 3: Discover Local Beauty through Nature & Crafts

AFTERNOON:

Savour a decadent Afternoon Tea in our bistro, then grab the car for a 30-minute spin to Woodstock Gardens and Arboretum. The gardens which overlook the Nore Valley are a beautiful environment in which to spend an afternoon. See one of the longest Monkey Puzzle Avenues in Europe, a ‘Champion Coast redwood, the tallest Silver Fir in Ireland and a very rare and important Bentham Cypress.
